I’ve just realized that I didn’t introduce myself properly. I kinda jumped into blogging with my stripy giraffe and that’s it. Therefore I thought that it is a good idea to create this “About Me” section, so you know who you are dealing with. 🙂
My name is Ruta. Originally I am from Lithuania, but at the moment I live in Denmark with my other half Jacob who is Danish and our little cute beagle Kira. I am studying to become a teacher in English, and hopefully in Arts and Biology too. My man is an economist to be, but he is also thinking about changing his profession to become a teacher (who knows how it will end). Basically, you are meeting a teacher family 😀
In my free time I love doing different things such as crochet, knitting, painting / drawing, reading and buying books etc. I don’t know if I’d be able to stop with only these interests as it seems that every time I find something new I want to try it.
In this blog I am going to share with you my creations, things I’ve learned to make or I love to make and so on.
Now I would like to show or make a small gallery with things I’ve already made, so you get to know my style and me through my works:
Everything was made with love and patience. I hope that people who got them as presents are also happy to have them. These works were my beginning. It doesn’t mean that I became professional, no I am still far away from being one, but I do hope that I become better and better. 🙂
Thanks for the follow 😀
Hi, I am really enjoying following your blog. I wanted to let you know that I have nominated you for The Dragon’s Loyalty Award. See my latest post http://craftyminx1980.wordpress.com/2013/05/11/dragons-loyalty-award/ for the details if you want to accept the award. Thanks for the great posts and happy blogging :)Stacie
WOW, that’s so great. I would love to accept the nomination. I don’t feel like I am worth it because my blog is very young. You are so kind to nominate me. Thank you once again 🙂
You are very welcome

Hello, why should I contact you?
I’m struggling with the gauge. What does 15m mean. Also, can’t the stitch between each bobble be a sc to emphasise the bobble texture?
It sure can be! I just found that it was better for the sizing 🙂 You can do it with sc and see if you like it 🙂 I hope this helps with the gauge: http://www.moms-crochet.com/crochet-gauge.html
